Kaplan Marino, a White Collar Criminal Defense Boutique
Sponsored our conference in
Kaplan Marino stands out as a premier white collar criminal defense boutique law firm, seamlessly blending high-caliber legal practice with an exceptional workplace culture. Husband-and-wife partners, Nina Marino and Richard Kaplan, co-founded Kaplan Marino, P.C. in 1998 to create a platform for their then burgeoning, white-collar practice. Kaplan Marino has a 30-year record of tenacious excellence in the criminal defense field. Devoting their practice to white-collar and complex criminal defense, the firm has achieved global recognition for their success.
What started out as a two-person law firm in 1998, has grown to six attorneys all devoted to the practice of criminal defense law in both state and federal courts across the United States. The firm does not handle civil litigation, which is highly unusual at this level of practice, making Kaplan Marino a true boutique law firm.
The White Collar Support Group is deeply grateful for Kaplan Marino's support of our mission and the people we walk alongside.
