Louis L. Reed: Criminal Justice Reform Advocate

We were happy to have Louis L. Reed as our April White Collar Support Group Tuesday Speaker on April 8, 2025.

Louis is a nationally recognized leader in social impact, blending lived experience with expertise in criminal justice reform. He is the founder of We Are All Criminals, an organization that uses storytelling to challenge the stigma around criminal records and advocate for a more just legal system.

Louis shared his personal story and his vision for a justice system that prioritizes restoration over punishment. He discussed the power of narrative — both the stories we tell about those with criminal records, and the stories that justice-impacted individuals can tell about themselves — as a tool for change.
